Collaborated with a peer to analyze NHANES 2021–2023 data, investigating how demographic and dietary factors relate to dietary supplement use. Built and evaluated multiple classification models (e.g., logistic regression, random forest), comparing their predictive performance and analyzing differences in feature importance across interpretable and ensemble methods.

Exam Question Bank System

Built a full-stack Java application to extract and organize math exam questions from PDFs into a structured, searchable database. Implemented an automated processing pipeline using Spring Boot and OpenAI APIs to parse text, detect question structure, and store results with metadata and confidence scores. Designed the system to support scalable document ingestion, review workflows, and category-based retrieval.
